[LM_NET] copyright question

We have a subscription to United Streaming through our diocese.  One of our 
teachers would like to give the username and password to her students and have them 
watch one of the videos for homework.  She asked me if that was copyright 
compliant.  I'm really on the fence about it -- what do you think?
