[LM_NET] HIT: Poetry books for 3-4 Enrichment lesson

Thanks all who responded to my query about poetry books in the form of a
story for 3rd and 4th graders.  Here's a list of all the books you
suggested.

*       Graeme Base's The Sign of the Seahorse is terrific
*       Locomotion by Woodson, Jacqueline
*       Karen Hesse's Out of the Dust
*       There's a nice illustrated version of Casey at the Bat which would
be
*       good with older kids.  Also consider Dr. Seuss; Hooray for
Diffendoofer
*       Day is a great read-aloud for a dramatic reader.
*       What about some of the "classics"?  Midnight Ride of
*       Paul Revere; Custard the Dragon; Hiawatha
