I have a high school teacher who will be working with an "Anime" club =
after school in the cafeteria. He wants to view and discuss anime =
videos. This sounds like a discussion group rather than a "formal =
instructional activity" at "an educational or nonprofit organization". =
My understanding is that he needs to request permission because he does =
not fall within fair use guidelines.
Am I right?
Thanks,
Gwen
