TARGET: ELEM: emergency /substitute lesson plans

I am required to submit to the office emergency lesson plans for a substitute at 
the elementary level. Other than the usual videos and worksheets does anyone have 
ideas? OR  great examples of worksheets / types of worksheets?  stories to be read 
and acitvities for K-5?  ideas that have been tried?  Length of periods are 40 if 
that helps. This is a new school so no videos as of yet.    I need ideas by Friday, 
Sept 10 if possible to compile over weekend.  If any replies are received and any 
interest given, I will post a hit.
