I asked several questions dealing with confidentiality and received several
responses.
From most of the responses the librarian puts on a paper the name of the
book and/or fine folds it so no one can see anything but the name and has a
home room teacher pass out the papers.
One of the ladies who answered stated that they had discussed this with a
lawyer who stated that there would be no problem sending overdue lists with
student names and books to the teacher.
