E-Rate Delay

Well, Netters, it seems that all of the fraud associated with E-Rate =
must be investigated, causing a delay in funding and possible closing of =
the internet in public schools and libraries.  I wonder if this is true =
for Halliburton?  Will there be an investigation into the possible fraud =
associated with their contracts in Iraq?
