Soliciting Ads for Yearbook

I wear quite a few hats as the media specialist at BTWHS, and one task that I must 
tackle soon is soliciting
ads for our yearbook. I am targeting our alumni classes (i.e., class of 1954, 1964 
etc.) who may want to give an ad. Do any of you have a form letter of some sort, 
that is used to send to potential ad givers?  I would appreciate if anyone can 
forward to me what they have.
