Thank you for posting the websites. I wanted to add
something I learned about several years ago. When
evaluating Native American websites there are extra
considerations to ensure that the information is
authentic. I read an article, but the name/date escape
me. It suggested looking for:
- Are artifacts being sold? Native Americans won't
be selling arrowheads, etc.
- Is the author a Native American? Are they married
to one? This will be especially important to be certain
they know what they are talking about.
There were other considerations, but I cannot remember
them.
