Target: Friends of the Library group

Hello all!

I am starting a library program with a very small budget and I have only
three years to get to the required 10 volumes per student.   I have had some
community members contact me wanting to help with donations (money & books).
I have never been in this situation before. I would love to know if you have
ever organized a "Friends of the Library" type organization.  I am looking
for suggestions and advice.
