Subject: adult education
As a recently retired media specialist, I am becoming involved in a
volunteer program for adult literacy. I have found the LINCSearch web site
which is excellent for listing resources. As I perused the list of
resources, it occurred to me that some of you might have a favorite teacher
guide or book that is a favorite of yours because of effectiveness and
ease of usefor tutors. If you have any resources that you think would
help me as I begin to teach adults to read, I would appreciate your help.
