[LM_NET] fifth grade health units

Hi,

Does anyone know about health units for fifth grade that are free and
contain student workbooks and a teacher's guide on topics such as nutrition
and conflict resolution and other health topics/issues. The teacher
remembers having these sent to her in the mail for free and there were four
units that kept the class busy all year but it taught health in a fun way
without a boring textbook.

Any ideas about organizations that provide such a resource?
