High School discipline

Greetings, colleagues. For those of you in high school libraries, how much
of your day (roughly) is spent disciplining students, or telling them their
behavior is not library-appropriate?

What are some of your biigeest issues, and how do you handle them? I'll
post a hit if interest is high.
