Elem: Cataloging question

I ordered a Franklin (the turtle) book from BTSB.
In the catalog and on the cover and spine the author is listed as =
Paulette Bourgeois, but on the title page Sharon Jennings is named as =
having written the story.  What's going on here?  I'm putting it in the =
Bs for Bourgeois because that's where the other Franklin books are in my =
media center.
