Hi folks,
You all have been a wonderful source of information and assistance.
I am having a problem with my desktop files and folders.
For some reason, the titles are not appearing as they should. The
icons are visible, but the titles are invisible unless I scroll my
mouse over the title area. I tried going to "View" and working with
"viewer options." So far nothing has helped.
Also, I connected a floppy disk drive to my iMac. Ever since then, I
have been dealing with "sticky keys." I cannot remember how to get my
keyboard to stop clicking every time I press the shift key. The keys
get "stuck" sometimes when I click on "Shift" to capitalize letters. I
have to click on "shift" again to make the keys go back to lower keys.
I disconnected the floppy disk drive thinking that may have caused the
problem -- didn't help. I think I may have hit a function key when I
leaned over to connect the floppy drive. I tried pressing the function
keys also - didn't help
I know I could probably figure out the problem. The problem is that I
am taking my last 2 graduate courses and I am pushed for time.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
