Reading First Schools

Good Morning LM_NETters,
    As an elementary librarian in a school recently awarded a Reading =
First grant, as well as being a MLS student in the process of writing a =
paper on "Reading First and the school library",  I am interested in =
hearing from other librarians in  Reading First schools.  In particular, =
I would like to know what your role is in implementing the Reading First =
program.  If you care to share your experiences, please contact me.  =
