Starting Up LM_NET

I have been with LM_NET for 9 years at my current library.  I am moving
to another state and starting a new job in a middle school library.  I
am going to sign off before I leave, but I can't remember how to sign up
at my new location.  It's not listed at the bottom of the LM_NET
messages.  Could someone please refresh my memory?
