Introductory letter to the staff

I am looking for letters written to the teaching staff
at the beginning of the year.

I am a new librarian and want to send out a short
introductory letter which includes a bit about me, a
request for teachers' themes/units they have planned
for the year, and a few library updates.

Does anyone have any letters they would be willing to
share?
