I have gotten a lot of great replies about the LCD projectors,
but now I have another question for those of you who would
choose purchasing an s-video tv over an LCD projector. One
person wrote and said her school purchased 27 inch tvs and
connected those to their computers. Space is the biggest
problem I see with the tvs, but it seems it would have more
flexibility and possible uses than the LCD projector. We
didn't spend enough time studying our laptop purchase so I
want to be sure that we study this situation "ruthlessly."
We are looking at over 2500 dollars to purchase projectors,
screens, mounting devices, and then have them installed. I
think we could buy a digital tv with s-video and a cart for
much under that price. I would love to hear your ideas. Thanks
