Target: elementary horse story

Hi Everybody,

Hope you had a nice Winter break.  I need to recommend
a horse story for a class to read at the second grade
level.  This needs to be a story that they can do
activities with and not one that they will finish in
one day.  If you have any suggestions I would
appreciate you sending them my way.  I will compile a
hit if there are enough suggestions.
