I would set up a spreadsheet and then just check it off in the right box as the
lesson occurs.
I have a simple one set up for 5th grade which is all flex. schedule. The core
curriculum which teachers and I developed is across the top, teachers names are
down the side. You can add a note to each cell with more inforamtion if you need
to. It's very manageable and shareable.
