Request: Any one who was at the AASL focus group in Kansas City in October

At the AASL convention several of us were asked to attend focus groups on
various topics.  I personally was enticed to change my schedule and attend
because I was told there would be a nice gift waiting.  When we attended the
meeting we were told that they forgot the gifts and would mail them to us
within a couple of weeks.  Has any body else received theirs or do you have
the information on the company that invited us.
