Email/virus question

I keep getting emails from people who I am guessing are from this list-- each one 
has an attachment and in the message area says something to the effect of "deleted" 
or "quarantined" something something....

? Is this a new virus I'm not aware of? (I have a 17 day old baby and a 2 year old 
home so my time has been spent with them!!)
