TAR: GEN: Roadblocks to Collaboration--Reframing the Question

On Friday, I posted a question about Roadblocks to collaboration.  I've
gotten just a few responses, so I'm wondering whether it would help for me
to re-frame my question in a way that is more concrete and less global.

Let's try this:  What one thing have you done that has moved you a single
step closer to true collaboration?
