Well, we finally figured out how my name and info became entered into the names
database.com.
Checking into "my account" with them, I noticed that my "Circle of Friends"
included many of my darling daughter's friends.
It seems that this site allows one to keep track of certain information, such as
birthdays, anniversaries, etc. So, my DD entered our info into the service so she
could receive email reminders of special family events. She provided my email
yahoo email address ("But mom, you SAID you used that address for unimportant
stuff") and told them what high school I attended and other info ("well, they
wanted to know.").
I guess I can be thankful that they did not ask for my social security and bank
account numbers.
My hubby, it turns out, also has an account, as does our son.
