I should specify that the document needs to be appropriate for K-12.
Our elementary LMCs are weekly prep coverage, therefore not always
collaborative though we do strongly encourage that, the 7-12 sites
are flexible schedule and the teacher is present when full classes
come. I would like something in there that puts some of the
responsibility and credit for collaboration on the teacher, not just
the LMT. We can't collaborate alone.
