Target: Middle School Sophisticated Fiction

Hi,

I'm a new media specialist looking for suggestions on more sophisticated fiction 
appropriate for my middle school library - little profanity, sex, etc. I have 
students in advanced studies classes looking for higher level reads.  We are 
heavily into AR but these books need not be AR books.

I'll be happy to post a hit when I've compiled a list of titles.
