Interview Questions About Working in Two Librarian Library

Dear Group,

I have an interview for a position in a much bigger library next week.  =
I am currently the only librarian in my high school; I am looking at a =
position in a high school with two librarians.  What questions should I =
prepared to answer about moving from being the only librarian to be the =
junior librarian? What questions should I ask the interview committee =
about this?  I have checked the archives.
