Tech: Multi paged Program

You techie people out there will probably laugh at this but I need help. =


I have to type a multi page, double sided program for a dinner in a few =
weeks. In the past I've used Appleworks on a Mac, turning the page so it =
is landscape instead of portrait and setting it for two columns. I print =
out the pages, cut them apart, tape them back to back, and put them in =
the correct order to run thru my copier. Not easy!

I am looking for a program that will do this for me. Any ideas?

(the answer is probably so easy you are all laughing at me but I am =
stumped)
