Target: caldecott youngest winner?

I have been talking about Caldecott winners in my classes and a few kids
came up with several great questions that we would love help finding the
answers.
1. Who was the youngest winner? and when?
2. Does the committe hold a ceremony to present the award?
3. If so, where is it held?
4. How big is the award that is presented? (I showed a picture of the
front and back of the award so they are curious about how big it actually
is...)
