Target: Kinder Books - Nouns & Verbs

The kindergarten teachers are looking for a list of story books that would be good 
to use to teach nouns and verbs.  I have come up with some stories that have 
"action" in them such as "Over In the Meadow" and "From Head to Toe".  I was 
wonderering if anyone has a such a list or if there are other suggestions.
