I agree with someone's suggestion to wait until you have been at a school
for a year or two. This gives you an idea of what your faculty actually
uses.
I weeded all but 5 two years ago. Certain teachers use these on a
regular basis. I put all the discards in the lounge with a sign that said
they had not been checked out in years and were going to the trash unless
someone wanted them. A few disappeared to faculty closets the rest went to
the trash.
