SEC: Reading Programs

Hi!

I am working on my master's degree in teacher-librarianship.  I would like to
learn more about reading programs in secondary schools.  What methods do you
use to encourage students to borrow books for leisure reading from your
library?  I look forward to hearing your ideas.
