District-Wide Library Restructuring

Hello Fellow Librarians-
Our district is reorganizing our five K-4 and two intermediate (5/6) =
campuses to seven K-6. We meet with an administrative committee on Monday =
Sept. 29, and want to get our ducks in a row. Has anybody else out there =
has reorganized libraries in their district?

 What I am requesting is twofold: a record of discrete steps in the =
process, and how much time to allow for each step, since this is supposed =
to be done by next fall. =20
