Highly Qualified Aides

If you read the information on the Highly qualified teacher you will
find out that it is really only for the teachers who have primary
responsibility for teaching the Core Curriculum Standards. That is why
the gym teacher and the tech person don't have to do it either. In my
situation, I have a clerk, not an aid so she is not included in this
mandate.
