Help! Importing MARC from LOC

I'm suddenly having trouble importing MARC records from LOC. I use
Alexandria and Netscape 4.7. When I import, I get the message invalid
item. Alexandria support told me to look at the MARC record to see if
anything might be wrong but it looks ok to me. Is anyone else having
this problem? Thanks
