makes a good project, and has ideas.  An excellent resource.

to keep track of information, and how to get organized.

brainstorm for a project.

http://www.halcyon.com/sciclub/  --be sure to check out the archive of
previous projects.  There are many good ideas here.

http://www.scifair.org/  has writing tips, ideas, guides, how-to-build-its,
and other information.  This is a good starting place.

I have found that most of the science fair books by Robert Gardner are good
ones, but not the Janice VanCleave ones.  Hers generally just describe
demos, not true science projects.
