I just wanted to thank everyone for your wonderful responses to my search for books 
depicting perseverance!  Within about three days I had received about 50 replies!  
Amazing!  I am compiling the list & will post it this week.  I have a feeling that 
we will be receiving many requests from teachers for books on character traits in 
the near future (which, by the way, I think is a good thing).  Thank you again & I 
must say that I am thrilled to be a part of such a magnificent group of people!  :)
