Literary Contests

I would love to have a monthly literary contest to
perk up student creativity throughout the school and
the media center.  For National Diversity Week in
October we sponsored a literary contest (original
poem, song or poster) to reflect diversity.  Does
anyone have any suggestions for the remaining months
of the school year?  Has anyone done anything similar
to inspire literary creativity?
