Since the video has to do with a holiday  and since study of holidays and
other customs are part of the Social Studies - and the Language Arts
(folktales, myths, etc.)....it should be OK - they just have to note that it
and the celebration are part of the curriculum - takes care of the standard:
learning about and appreciation of culure and social customs and the
assessment is how well they are enjoying the  activity and how well they
undersstand the meaning of  the customs.

A very wise teacher once told me that  any moment can be a teaching moment -
you just have to figure out what standard  is being covered.
