listserv for aides

It seems to me that I remember reading a discussion last school year
regarding a listserv especially for library aides. Since my aide has recently begun
showing a great deal more interest in her position, I thought she might enjoy
the benefits of such a group. However, I've searched the archives and couldn't
find the discussion threads. Can anyone help me out with a listserv especially
for library aides?
