Hi,
I am looking for ideas about ways imedia specialists use EVERYDAY technology tools
to help with reading.
Here are examples---can you add to the list?
1 typing text into using Microsoft Word to get a readability level
2. making good use of the reading level/interest level fields in an online catalog
3. scanning text with OCR software and putting it into word
4. using web sites that provide reading level information. What sites do you
use? What can you recommend?
5. Any other ideas that you can think of?
I'm NOT looking for anything dealing with AR, Reading Counts or the major
assessment tools that come with reading series textbooks.
Thank you.
