I'm currently taking a tech-services class at West Georgia and the issue of
catlaloging on-line resources came up.  I was wondering:

1. What are the advantages of cataloging on-line resources?
2. How do you decide what resources to catalog?
3. If you do decide to catalog such resources, how do you go about doing it?
