Something too many may miss is this little sentence almost at the end of
the article: "Students looking to check out books, meanwhile, can choose
from eight other campus libraries."

Penn State hasn't 'done away with libraries'! They've taken _one_ of
their _nine_ facilities and turned it into a computer lab!

I don't know about your school, but mine only has _one_ library.
