Dear Masters of the Library Administration:
I have lots of books that have been lost for years.
How many years should I hold the record of a missing book before deleting
it?
I feel bad about not making former students accountable for past account
also, but records
are taking up valuable memory space.
I would like to know the length of time you hold records in the circ
computers.
Have anyone sent letters to former students, making one last try to get
books back and past fines.
TIA
