Hi,

We have 2 weekly bulletins that go out.  One goes to all staff AND goes
home to students.  The other goes out just to staff with a list of the
meetings and any other events happening that week.  The latter is
written as a WORD document and attached to e-mail, which almost all
staff have.  The other is delevered to all in hard copy.
