* PAL: (Peer Assistance Leadership)
Describes a California based outreach program for elementary, intermediate, and high school students. “The proven results are improved school attendance, reduced drug and alcohol abuse, a positive school climate, increased academic success, responsible behavior, and involvement in community service.”

* Peer Resources Network
This Canadian organization offers training, educational resources, and consultation to those interested in peer helping/education. The resources section has information on books, articles, and videos.
