Objectives: Students will identify the letter m by sight and sound.
Materials:
Introduce the letter m.
Review the sound.
Ask the class to participate.
Introduce the story, discuss author, illustrator
Practice the letter m in salt box.
Practice tracing the lower case m in the air.
Circle pictures that begin with m.
Assessment:
Each student will be able to circle pictures that begin with m with 100% accuracy.
